Sleeping Beauty turquoise necklace and bracelet. The Sleeping Beauty Turquoise mine is located in Globe, Arizona. Renowned for its brilliant blue turquoise, formerly one of the larger mines in America, it closed a few years ago, and its turquoise is highly coveted due to its limited availability. Native Americans use its natural turquoise chips in their craftwork in order to support their families. The necklace measures 18 inches, the bracelet 7 inches. They both have sterling silver clasps. Listed separately we offer Kingman Turquoise chip bracelets and necklaces which are a greeny blue in colour. Kingman Turquoise is currently the last commercially producing Turquoise mine in America.
